Traveling Squid

 When I first signed up for the course, I saw over and over how intense it was. Every day there would be about 4 hours of workshops, followed by 4 hours for lesson planning, then 3 hours of english teaching practice. I was well informed of the work that would be needed, but somehow it is still suprising to me and the others taking the course. Between studing, lesson planning, teaching, and socializing, I havn't found any time for my blog or myself. So, here are some photos from the last few weeks of the activites that I have been up to.  Two weekends ago, Nathan and I went to a day rave. The day rave was so fun!  A coffee shop near the school, with amazing croissants. I am forever spoiled. Another limestone cathedral I treated myself to breakfast before school this week. After the comedy club on Friday, the genral consensus was to call it a night. Everyone was too tired for dancing. The show was fun, and the comedian really appreciated us coming to see him again. We also brought along Eisha, our third roommate. Eisha and I are sharing a room togeather.  Metro Comedy Club On Saturday, after catching up on sleep, we made our way to a cafe for some study time. We spent about 3 hours chugging away. Later, we took a break and headed to the grocery store to get familiar with all that they sold. I picked up a to-go open faced sandwich as well as some apples and other nessecities. Then we wandered back to our apartment to freshen up before dinner.  Open faced sandwich, with ham, a boiled egg, a small pickle, and some sort of yam/potato salad I am guessing. I was not a fan.....  Nöelle found a cute restaurant very close to our flat, so we went to check it out. We were joined by Nathan, and another student Charlie. The dinner was very good, and so was dessert. N
